I love the idea of taking stock often throughout the day. When I do, it keeps me focused on poiive thoughts, or brings me back if I’m off track. Thanks for the great post : )
Glad you put it into practice. How often do you examine where you are and for how long throughout the day? I’ve developed a tool – an iPhone app – to help people discern and become mindful any time of day. I’d be happy to share free version with you so you can let me know your thoughts!
I try to do it every few hours, and at certain times like my drive to work, lunch time, drive home, etc.I have about a half hour at those times. However, I also find it helpful to take quick 2 minute breaks to “check in”. I would love to know the app. I’m sure it would help. Thank you!
